Passoã is the world's best passion fruit liqueur and perhaps best known for the Pornstar Martini. Love it or hate it, the Pornstar Martini is a modern classic. In fact, it's one of the country's most ordered cocktails even two decades after its creation. Passoã was born thanks to a trip to Brazil by a Cointreau distiller, where the idea of using passion fruits for a new liqueur was born.
Pornstar Martini
The Pornstar Martini is a martini in name only. It's made with vanilla-flavoured vodka, Passoa passion fruit liqueur, vanilla sugar, and passion fruit puree, giving the drink its decadent texture. Once mixed, it's garnished with half a passion fruit and served with a sidecar of Champagne for a unique presentation.
Ingredients:
4 cl Passoã
4 cl Vodka (or vanilla vodka and skip the syrup)
1 cl Vanilla syrup
1 Passionfruit
Juice of half a lime
Shotglass with prosecco
Recipe:
In a shaker filled with ice, pour one part Passoã, the same amount of vodka, a dash of vanilla syrup, the juice of half a lemon (or a lime, even better), the flesh of half a passion fruit, and shake.
Strain and pour into a nice glass, and decorate with the other half of the passion fruit (you can eat that afterwards).
Then drink a shot of prosecco to calm your taste buds.
